The August 4th board meeting was called to order by PM Frank O. with six officers and two guests present.

Janet showed a draft of the new roster; it will be e-mailed to all members and paper copies will go to those paying for paper newsletters. The club has 128 paid memberships.

Gordon K. discussed the need to have an event participant do a write-up for the web and newsletter.

Past and upcoming events were discussed including the September Conclave weekend; club will supply water and soft drinks and a raffle will be held.

Terry reported that the “Triumph” license plates frames have been ordered.

Ralph M. gave a treasurers report and has updated the State regarding our sales due for 2013.

Proposed by-law changes were discussed; most relate to voting for officer procedures. No action was taken.

With elections starting next month potential nominees for board positions were discussed.

The meeting adjourned at 7:51.
