The Oil Spot Rallye

We will start the day at 8:30 am with coffee, bagels and donuts.

9:00 – driver and navigator check in

9:45 – drivers' meeting

10:00 – first car out

This year we are starting at the Loveland Visitor Center on Hwy 34, approximately ½

mile west of I-25. (Look for the LOVE sign.)

The drive is 65 miles and should take about 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete.

While planning the route, we noticed speed traps several times, so drive accordingly.

This is a gimmick rally so we don’t care how long it takes. There are many clues

hidden in the signs along the way and there are points given for each. The team with

the most points wins. There will be some tiebreaker questions just in case.

The destination is in Longmont at Oskar Blues Restaurant. A catered lunch and non-

alcoholic drinks will be provided. Lunch options include a choice of Wagyu beef

sliders with cheese and caramelized onions, Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders and

French Fries. House salad with tomatoes, carrots, croutons, red onion and dressing.

The restaurant requires a total count of people by October 5th to coordinate all

required food and staff. This will limit our ability to sign people up on the day of

the event.

Also, because of the event room size, we will be limiting the registrations to 25

cars of two people.
